RacingAhead is a sports management company formed by a group of 4 who have all been sportsmen at various levels (from All-India to corporate), and are deeply passionate about all things sports. We bring together a cumulative experience of over 100-man years in the IT industry, and now want to encourage sports in a competitive and mass participation manner in the country. We have had experience organizing sports events and tournaments in the corporate sector, and now are branching out to other segments
Mohana Vamsi: An edupreneur and sportspreneur with varied interests, Mohana Vamsi brings immense energy and passion to whatever he does. He has a vast experience of close to 3 decades in IT, quality, education, and sports sectors with both hands-on and administrative/management skills. Mohana Vamsi's association with cricket spans across multiple levels - playing age-group cricket at the State under-19 level and cricket leagues in Hyderabad, representing his University to playing at the all-India level. Given his passion for the game, it is not surprising that he has continued to stay in touch with it as an administrator at the district cricket association.
M S Srinivas: A sports journalist before he switched careers to join the IT sector, M S Srinivas (or MS as he is more popularly known) brings over 26 years of experience to the table. With a research degree from the Hyderabad Central University, Srinivas also represented his university in both cricket and table tennis at the all-India university levels, and has played in the cricket leagues of Hyderabad for many years. Deeply passionate about all things sports, Srinivas helped plan and execute sports events at the corporate level for many years in all the organizations he has worked in.
Rahul: A cricket fanatic and a brilliant all-rounder, both on and off the field, Rahul has vast management experience and planning skills. With a gung-ho spirit and a "never say die" attitude, he has led teams and delivered many successful projects in his long IT career, and is confident of playing another long and successful innings at RacingAhead too.
Satheesh Kiran : A multi-faceted sportsman equally adept in whatever sport he plays, the ever-smiling Satheesh Kiran is the silent workhorse of the team. With over 20 years of experience in the IT domain, he has managed teams, both in his organization and in multiple sports events, with a "play to win at all costs" attitude. He also brings the financial planning and acumen to the team.
