About Us
RacingAhead is a sports management company formed by a group of 4 who have all been sportsmen at various levels (from All-India to corporate), and are deeply passionate about all things sports. We bring together a cumulative experience of over 100-man years in the IT industry, and now want to encourage sports in a competitive and mass participation manner in the country. We have had experience organizing sports events and tournaments in the corporate sector, and now are branching out to other segments

Corporate Engagement
There is no “I” in team. But getting everyone to work together takes a lot more than just a pep talk. Working together as a team breeds a healthy competitive edge that bodes well for the team and each individual in the team. Team building exercises help improve communication between employees themselves as well as between employees and higher management.
Sports is a powerful medium that can bring employees together as a tight knit team. Sports impart the essential skills of teamwork, team spirit, cooperation, health and fitness. Corporate sports events and tournaments offer companies great opportunities for team building, networking, workplace health & well-being, and fitness along with FUN. They enhance team spirit, productivity and employee morale and also help learn good behaviors of time management, empathy, decision-making, collaboration and cohesion.
RacingAhead organizes corporate events of team-building and bonding through sports. Small, intense, and focused get-togethers where the teams play, do activities together and learn in the process, is what we do.
Sports Leagues
Competitive play, be it at any level or for any age-group. RacingAhead organises tournaments for corporates, schools, colleges, and even at gated communities as we go searching for that raw diamond that can be honed into the next champion material. RacingAhead hosts corporate leagues and stand-alone tournaments in multiple sports, to get the competitive juices flowing among the people and get them to play more regularly...and in the process, become fitter and more stronger!
Recreational Centers
RacingAhead is building multiple sports centers where people can come and spend a relaxing hour or two, doing what we hope to get the whole country to do....play! at affordable rates and at distances that aren't too prohibitive from your homes, there will be RacingAhead complexes offering safe, and world-class facilities to hone your skills in badminton, cricket, football, volleyball, basketball and more.
